Filters for Trial Court Documents search resultOn WestlawNext, pleadings, motions, and memoranda are here to stay. The label "Pleadings, Motions & Memoranda" has gone away, however.

To more accurately reflect WestlawNext offerings, the content set known as Pleadings, Motions & Memoranda has been renamed Trial Court Documents in most places on WestlawNext. Accordingly, the Pleadings, Motions & Memoranda content page is now known as the Trial Court Documents page. The change is visible on the All Content tab (on the WestlawNext home page), on the list of core content categories in your search result, and on various content pages.

Several new filters are also available with which to narrow a trial court documents search result. For example, to narrow this trial court document result to interrogatories only, select the Interrogatory check box, then click Apply Filters.
