Chap 7..13 with Plan 13 Bankruptcy Filing Software Version 12.3 (4/30/13)
Prior installation of Chap 7..13 Version 12 (CD) is necessary in order to successfully install this upgrade.
This release contains important means test updates effective May 1, 2013. Please note the effect this will have on your case filings:
- NEW CASES: If you open a new case and file it prior to May 1st, you will need to manually change the means test data prior to filing the case.
- EXISTING CASES: For cases already opened at the time you update your software AND filed after May 1st, change the means test data at the top of the means test data entry screen.
General Program Updates
- New means test numbers for living expenses.
- Compatible with new CM/ECF Version 5.1.
- Checkbox added on Quick File Tab that, when clicked, allows these checkboxes to be "unchecked" on the petition.

Version 12.1
IMPORTANT: Version 12.1 contains the incorrect median family income numbers for household sizes in excess of four after April 1, 2013. An additional $600 per household member in excess of four needs to be added to the number in Chap 7..13 for it to be accurate. This issue will be resolved in Version 12.2, which will be released at the end of April. To enter the correct number in the program, click on the lock icon next to the cell on line 14 of Form B22A or line 16 of Form B22C.
